The Governor’s Office of Film and Television (aka Oregon Film Office) will hold its annual meeting on Monday, December 12th.  Once again, MOPAN will participate via a live teleconference from the University of Oregon Campus beginning at 5:30 PM.

The event is intended to highlight and celebrate Oregon’s film and television industry.  Governor John Kitzhaber will deliver remarks, and the Oregon Film Office will honor specific entities around the state that have made a difference in the industry.

MOPAN member Jack W. Peters will deliver remarks on behalf of MOPAN, and we will share clips from productions that were made in our area this year.  Southern Oregon Film and Television (SOFaT) will also participate via teleconference from Ashland.

The local event is sponsored by Leonard Henderson Lighting Workshop.  The event is free and open to the public.
